Refund Policy

1. Application Fee

The ₹499 application fee charged at the time of submitting your application to FounderFuelIndia is a one-time, non-refundable fee. This fee is charged regardless of the outcome of your application (selected, rejected, or withdrawn) and covers the cost of reviewing, screening, and processing your application.

2. When Refunds Are Not Provided

• If your application is not selected for the cohort.
• If you withdraw your application after payment.
• If you submitted incomplete or inaccurate information.
• If you change your mind after submitting the application.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same application due to a technical error, or charged an incorrect amount, please contact us at hello@founderfuelindia.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference ID. Verified duplicate/erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Investment & Program Terms

This Refund Policy applies only to the ₹499 application fee. It does not apply to any investment, equity, or program-related agreements entered into with selected founders, which are governed separately by individually negotiated terms.
